What To Ask?

Happy Thursday everyone! We figured that we would finish off St. Patrick's Day week asking one last question about leprechauns. Last week we talked about different ways to catch a leprechaun. The boys had a variety of different ideas as to what they would do. The next step after catching a leprechaun would be to talk to them. Today we figured that we would ask the boys, what is the first thing you would ask a leprechaun. Check it out!!

If you met a leprechaun, what is the first thing that you would ask them??

How To Catch A Leprechaun...

Happy Thursday everyone! We hope you are starting to enjoy the glimpse of spring. During the month of March, there is always a lot of talk about leprechauns and their pots of gold. However, it is very hard to find a leprechaun because they are fast, little, and you'd have to find where the rainbow ends. Still, as children, many of us thought about how much fun it would be to meet a leprechaun, however, in order to meet one we would first have to find one . Kids usually have many ideas as to how they would catch one, so today we figured that we would ask the boys, how they would catch a leprechaun. Check it out!!

How would you catch a leprechaun??

Connor Yau #2

Very carefully.

An Inside Look With Brendon Kearney

Today’s inside look is with forward, Brendon Kearney. Brendon, a Northville, Mich. native, is one of the players who did not start this season in the Steel’s roster. The Steel acquired Kearney in early November from the Langley Rivermen of the British Columbia Hockey League. While with Langley, Kearney appeared in 16 games and scored two goals. In the 2012-2013 season, Kearney competed for Detroit Honeybaked Midget Major. In 26 games he scored 12 goals and 15 assists. In December of 2012, he donned the Team USA sweater and competed in six United States Hockey League games.

Since being acuqired to the Chicago Steel, Kearney has appeared in a total of 34 games, totaling 1 goal and 17 assists. Through his time at the Steel, Brendon has displayed determination, responsibility, and leadership both on and off the ice. Check out the video below to learn more about the guy behind the jersey!!

Check back next week to see who will be the next player to give you a behind the scenes look! Have a great day Steel fans and remember to vote for your top 5 players whose autograph you want.

And The Lucky Number Is...

Happy Thursday Steel Fans! Before we get into today's post, we need your help! Check out how we need your help below or click here to be taken to the blog post!!

It's a well known fact that the month of March is known for St. Patrick's Day, as well as, spring. No one is quite sure when spring will actually show up, so we figured that we would dedicate this month's player questions to St. Patrick's Day. When listing items that are associated with this month we come up with: Irish, Leprechauns, and luck. Don't worry we will cover all of those topics this month, however, today we figured we would start the month off by asking the boys what some of their lucky numbers are. Check it out!!

What are your lucky numbers??
