The Chicago Steel would like to
congratulate Freddy Olofsson on being named the CJ Wilson Mazda Player of the
Month.
In the month of February, Olofsson
led the Steel in scoring with nine points (5g, 4a) and posted a plus-two on-ice
rating. The 2014 NHL Draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks also earned USHL
Forward of the Week Honors in the final week of February. Olofsson has compiled
46 points in 42 games this season, leading the Steel with 23 goals.
