Happy Tuesday Steel Fans! With Valentine's Day rapidly approaching, the chocolate industry is booming. If you walk down the Valentine's Day isle at Jewel, Dominick's, Wal-Mart, or Walgreens you'll find chocolate everywhere. According to the History Channel, "58 million pounds of chocolate candy will be bought during Valentine's Day week, and $448 million will be spent on candy by February 14th" (history.com).
