An Inside Look With Brendon Kearney

Today’s inside look is with forward, Brendon Kearney. Brendon, a Northville, Mich. native, is one of the players who did not start this season in the Steel’s roster. The Steel acquired Kearney in early November from the Langley Rivermen of the British Columbia Hockey League. While with Langley, Kearney appeared in 16 games and scored two goals. In the 2012-2013 season, Kearney competed for Detroit Honeybaked Midget Major. In 26 games he scored 12 goals and 15 assists. In December of 2012, he donned the Team USA sweater and competed in six United States Hockey League games.



Since being acuqired to the Chicago Steel, Kearney has appeared in a total of 34 games, totaling 1 goal and 17 assists. Through his time at the Steel, Brendon has displayed determination, responsibility, and leadership both on and off the ice.
