Broken Sticks

At some point or another every hockey player has to buy new sticks because they either outgrow of the ones that they are using, they break their sticks during a practice or game, or a new and improved hockey stick comes out that they want to try it.

Either way, players and their families are probably able to start a collection of hockey sticks at some point in a player's career. But what do you do with them? To some people the obvious thing would be to throw them out, because the thought is: what are you going to do with a short or broken stick? However, if you think about how much money you are throwing out with one stick you might just decide to keep it and set it aside. Who knows maybe it will come in handy one day.

All of our players have been playing for years, so as you can assume they have their own collections of sticks. Recently, people have become more creative in regards to what they should do with their old hockey sticks.

Here are some ideas on ways to use your old hockey sticks!

Or a HEADBOARD...

Maybe a BOX to keep stuff in...

Or if you are planning a party or like to bake a CUPCAKE STAND might come in handy!



Get creative Steel Fans and don't waste those old hockey sticks! It's starting to get cold outside, this could be the perfect project for a Sunday afternoon! You never know what you might decide to make!
